3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Redeemable until 36 months after purchase. Please redeem this voucher in our online ticketing tool for a free 10x voucher and then redeem 1 strip of it every time you book a time slot. PLease note the voucher takes 24h to be ready for redemption.

Pool & Sauna are subject to availability. When events take place, pool and sauna remain closed. Please note that due to the size of the pool the number of visitors is limited. Last entry one hour before closing time. Supervision: The pool hall is not supervised. Children under 16 years only in company of adults. Sauna from 18 years on up or in company of adults. Please follow the house rules displayed in the locker rooms.
