Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Redeemable until 36 months after purchase. Please mention your voucher number when making your reservation.

Pool & Sauna are subject to availability. When events take place, pool and sauna remain closed. Supervision: The pool hall is not supervised. Children under 16 years only in company of adults. Sauna from 18 years on up or in company of adults. Please follow the house rules displayed in the locker rooms. Bringing food and drinks is not permitted. You may purchase additional drinks at reception.
